The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Rebekah Ann Jewellery. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Craftsmanship and Dedication: Every creation is born from my passion, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail. Behind the scenes, extensive research, creative brainstorming, and meticulous craftsmanship bring each piece to life.

 

Protection of Originality: I kindly request that you admire my work without reproducing it. Unauthorized use will not be taken lightly, as it jeopardizes the integrity of my brand and livelihood as an artisan goldsmith.

Legal Enforcement: Unauthorized use will be met with legal action to preserve the enchantment I've worked so hard to create.

Responsible Sharing: If you wish to share my pieces, do so responsibly and with proper attribution. Your support in maintaining the authenticity of Rebekah Ann Jewellery is greatly appreciated.

 

Business Identity: Rebekah Ann® is not just a name; it's a registered business, symbolizing my commitment to authenticity, quality, and the unique magic that defines every piece.

 

Appointment Terms:

  • Initial Appointments:

    • The first appointments or appointments lasting up to 1.5 hours are complimentary.

    • Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a £30 fee.

  • Additional Appointments:

    • Additional appointments beyond 1.5 hours may incur a rate of £20 per hour.

 

Ownership and Confidentiality: Designs shared during consultations remain the exclusive property of Rebekah Ann Jewellery.

Quotes and Validity: Quotes provided are valid for up to 1-2 weeks. A small requote fee of £20 may apply after this period.

​

Agreement and Payments: Requesting an invoice signifies agreement to proceed. Payments are invoiced via email and due upon request.

​

Payment Confirmation and Balance: Upon clearance of deposit funds, a receipt will be emailed. Full payment receipt provided upon completion of work.

 

Delivery Timeline and Deposit: Normal delivery is 4-8 weeks from cleared deposit payment. A minimum deposit of 50% (or 60% for some jobs) is required before work can commence, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Refunds and Modifications: All commissions and bespoke work are non-refundable. Adjustments outside the original design may incur additional costs.

 

Quality Assurance and Warranty: Each piece undergoes thorough quality checks. Warranty addresses manufacturing defects.

Insurance and Liability: While I ensure safety, I recommend obtaining insurance. Rebekah Ann Jewellery cannot be held liable for any loss or damage beyond our control once the item has been delivered or collected.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, open dialogue and mediation are encouraged.

​

Feedback and Testimonials: Your feedback is valued and may be featured on our website or social media channels with your permission.

 

Customisation and Variations: Slight variations may occur due to handcrafting.

Prohibited Uses: Engaging in inappropriate behavior or violating our terms may result in refusal of service.

Price Adjustments and Service Updates: Prices may be adjusted without prior notice. Updates to our services may occur as needed.

Sales Policies and Quality Standards: We reserve the right to tailor our offerings and limit quantities to maintain quality standards.

PROHIBITED USES: At Rebekah Ann Jewellery, I believe in fostering a community built on mutual respect, integrity, and inclusivity. To uphold these values, I ask that you refrain from engaging in the following prohibited uses of my site or its content:

(a) Engaging in any activity that violates the law or promotes unlawful behaviour; (b) Soliciting others to participate in unlawful acts or behaviour; (c) Violating any applicable laws or regulations at the international, federal, provincial, or state level; (d) Infringing upon my intellectual property rights or the rights of others; (e) Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, defamation, or discrimination based on protected characteristics such as gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) Providing false or misleading information; (g) Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code that may disrupt the functionality of my Service or any related website; (h) Collecting or tracking the personal information of others without their consent; (i) Engaging in spamming, phishing, or any other deceptive practices; (j) Using the Service for any obscene or immoral purposes; (k) Attempting to interfere with or bypass the security measures of my Service or any related website.

Stone Viewing

We understand the importance of choosing the perfect stone for your bespoke piece, and we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to view stones before making your final decision. To ensure the efficiency of our process and respect for our craft, we have established the following terms and conditions for stone viewing:

  1. Stone Viewing Fee: A non-refundable stone viewing fee will be charged upfront for all stone viewing requests. This fee covers the time, effort, and costs associated with sourcing and preparing the stones for your viewing. The amount of this fee will be communicated to you upon your request for stone viewing.

  2. Fee Deduction: Should you proceed with your order and choose a stone from those viewed, the stone viewing fee will be deducted from the final invoice of your custom piece.

  3. Cancellation Policy: The stone viewing fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with an order or not. We kindly ask that you consider your decision carefully before requesting to view stones.

  4. Appointment Scheduling: Stone viewings are available by appointment only. To schedule a viewing, please contact us directly to arrange a mutually convenient time.

  5. Duration of Viewing: Stone viewings are typically scheduled for a specified duration. Should you require additional time or wish to schedule a follow-up viewing, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your request accordingly.

  6. Responsibility for Stones: While viewing stones, we ask that you handle them with care and respect. Any damage or loss incurred to the stones during the viewing will be the responsibility of the viewer and may result in additional charges.

  7. Availability: The availability of specific stones for viewing is subject to change based on their availability from our suppliers. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular stone for viewing.

  8. Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential throughout the stone viewing process. Please inform us of any changes to your viewing appointment or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the stones.
